We're so glad to have you join us at Module! Please read the following rules before submitting the join form, thank you! If Module is your first TCG, you can also check out the TCG Basics guide on our About page for more detail.
While it's not required, we also encourage you to join our Dreamwidth community for more games and events after submitting the join form! All posts on the community allow for anonymous posting if you do not have or do not want to make a Dreamwidth account. Make sure to update your Dreamwidth account name on your profile after you create your account so that other players can easily find you on the member list.
Members must...
- have a working website (trade post) and a valid email address.
- use a realistic name or nickname. If your name is already taken on the members list, please change your name or add a number instead (alphanumeric only).
- upload your starter pack within two weeks. If you need more time, let us know!
- update your trade posts at least every two months. If you do not, your status will be changed to inactive and you must reactivate your account on your profile or contact the admins to continue trading.
- keep a detailed log on your trade post so we can keep track of your rewards. See the TCG Basics guide for examples.
- send a hiatus notice if you plan to be away for a bit, so that you won't be moved to the inactive list.
- preferably not direct link any graphics from the website for your trade post. Please upload them to your own server or a free image site if possible.
- not cheat in any way, shape, or form. Which means...
- ...you are not allowed to refresh any prize page or randomizer unless you are told to do so, and only play the games once per round unless otherwise mentioned.
- ...you are not allowed to give out answers to password games to other players.
- ...you must keep an honest and accurate activity and trade log on your post.
- provide a password to be able to access forms and the interactive section. This password is encoded in the database and cannot be retrieved or viewed by anyone.
- be nice and polite to other members as much as possible. If members don't want to trade, respect their decision. Vocaloid is a subculture founded on collaboration, so let's keep that spirit the same here!
Release pulls and freebies can...
- ...be taken from the latest update, even if you joined after it was posted.
- ...be taken from any post that is still open for claiming (one month after posting)
- ...be claimed from updates all at once, or in parts if you prefer.
Lastly, if you choose to use the link under each post to claim your release pulls, the cards you receive are automatically added as a comment on that specific update. If there is an error with the comment function or you want to claim in parts, you must edit your comment with the pulls you received. Otherwise, you will be asked to remove any cards you took without commenting. |
